We booked five rooms six weeks before we arrived at San Antonio. We drove six hours to get there.. We had our 84 year mother who has to get around in a wheel chair. There were seventeen of us. And we had a three year old toddler and a six month old baby with us. The temperature was in the nineties when we arrived. We got there and out of the five rooms we had booked only one was available.. We had booked a handicap room included. We were told after driving six hours that all but one of our rooms were not available...This room turned out to nasty.
The towel hanging in the bathroom had a stain that looked like someone had wiped their butt on it
and they washed it an hung it back up.. we took pictures of it... there also looked like pubic hair in the bathroom. we cancelled this room and luckily found rooms across the way at the Best Western although they had no handicap rooms available. We had some problems getting the electric wheel chair around but we managed.
Don't rely on the business to have rooms available just because you booked them in advance...
Out of the five we booked the one that they had for us was bad.
if you like breakfast this is the place to stay they had several waffle makers bagels eggs toast I actually got locked out of my room couple times but every time I went to the front desk they were more than happy to help me
This hotel was clean, the employees were so nice, and the price was great. If you have a love one graduation from the Air Force this is a great place to stay. It was easy to get around from this location.
My family has been staying at this location since 1992 and we never had a bad experience at this location. The service and staff has always been great to all of us. The breakfast has been good and I like the coffee and juices that are provided by this motel. We really enjoy the location, it gives us access to other areas of San Antonio.
Don't be fooled by the pictures, this LaQuinta is a dump, it is a motel not a hotel. There was mold on the ceiling, internet connection did not work, the cable kept going in and out, it smelled of smoke, it was so filthy we left less than 12hrs. Stay somewhere else if your going to Sea World, or drive the extra distance.
