After suffering thru two nights at a Travelodge in Richmond Hill, this motel was like the Hilton to us! Breakfast was wonderful, pool was clean, room clean, beds soft. Close to historic Savannah, and Tybee. Will stay here again!

Booked this hotel for 2 nights but it had a lot of mixed reviews.. Omg I will always stick with a Marriott brand for now on the room smelled bad, stains on the carpet and the tiniest bathroom ever. This hotel was disgusting but it maybe ok for those who like motels not for me. One word for this place nasty!

I would like to first start this review by saying I am not at all a hotel snob. I am all about finding a fair priced hotel, because after all, how much time do you really spend in your hotel? I first made my reservations on 5/13 for 2 nights with a king size bed, for 5/31 check in. I received a call on 5/31, around 8:30 p.m. from the hotel. The clerk asked if we were planning to still check in that night, I replied yes. He then said they had overbooked rooms and didn't have any kings available and we would have to take 2 doubles and probably wouldn't have a king the second night either. He said we could call around to other hotels if we'd like and then get back with him, but in the mean time he would go ahead and put us with 2 doubles. I called around to other area hotels, but all were booked. I called back asking him to explain how this happened when I made my reservations more than 2 weeks out, & he really didn't have much explanation. I asked him if there was any type of concession he would be willing to offer us for the inconvenience, and he was able to offer a slight discount. Since we really had no other choice, we went ahead and kept our reservations. When we finally arrived to the hotel, he offered no type of apology and made no mention of the error. We arrived to our room and it looked fine at first sight. Then we made our way to the sink & bathroom area. The area with the sink had spots on the floor, the shower curtain had mold on it, approximate 4 inch blood stain below sink along crevasse of wall, shower head was so low only a toddler could get full use out of it. It wasn't very cool in our room, we tried turning down the air, but it was at its max limit. It shut off 10-15 minutes for aproximately 5 minutes, then would come back on for 10-15 minutes before repeating. We received no cleaning service during our stay, even after calling the front desk requesting it. Never again will we stay here!!

I will never stay in another PET FRIENDLY hotel/motel!!!! It was better than sleeping in the car, but just barely! THE CARPET WAS STAINED FROM WHAT APPEARED TO BE THE REMAINS OF PREVIOUS PET VISITORS FECES & URINE, WHICH NO ONE TOOK THE TIME TO CLEAN. I wore a pair of new white house slippers while staying here just one evening, after which they looked like i had been wearing them outside in the dirt & grime. I wore them to bed instead of removing them as I normally would, just in case I might have to get out of bed unexpectedly & possibly forget to put them back on if in a hurry to get out of the room or something. I will never stay in another La Quinta after staying in this one! Obviously Disappointed

Came off 95 for this suburban experience , coupon rate of $54 was a perfect price point with free breakfast, dozens of restaurants nearby. Nice pool courtyard. Fully renovated, flat screen tv, very comfy. Only minor issue was window ac ran with a hush by not a problem , maybe for light sleepers.
