A La Quinta traveler |
Great people and great rooms for the price. I've never written a review until now as nothing has ever made me want to. More then the room it was the people that made it worth the stay. Nashville's best value
I have to give a low rating for 2 facts: 1, the carpets were extremely dirty and 2, the little worm that fell of my shower curtain did not go well by me. I really like to always give a positive report but these were 2 that I could not bypass. We travel many times and LQ is always first choice because they are very dog friendly. I understand because of the "dog" friendliness this can cause the carpet issue but I have stayed in too many LQ's to accept it. Originally this particular hotel was not recommended by others I spoke to but we were pleasantly happy here for our weekend stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There must have been some sort of youth games happening at the same time because the facility was filled with families. The pool party was on going!
the room smelled like something died in it, trash from people before was not cleaned up, beds were not made. They moved us to another room and the ac did not work and I was hot all night. I complained about that so we had to move ourselves back to the first room we were in and the room was cleaner by the smell was terrible. The security guard found some airspray for us to spray and it didn't help. The smell woke me during the night. The camold stopped up and I called several times about that but noone ever came to fix it. The stairs outside were being held together by two by fours and a strap. That is a safety hazard. I will never stay there EVER again.
This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed.
rooms nice and clean I get crossed out a lot but felt comfortable in this hotel close to zoo and shopping has nice pool and the staff were great can't ask for more. we.stayed on the waffle house side ask to be closer to front deal if your a light sleeper! would stay again!!
Our stay was as good as what we are used to at LaQuinta. We travel with our dog and these motels are the best for pets. This motel was much better than the reviews on the internet. I usually don't do these surveys or reviews but in this case the motel was so much better than what other people said I wanted to post this.
