"Sleep in your car before you consider staying here!"

I honestly don't know where to begin. This is the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Perhaps they give the guests with pets the bad rooms; however, that is not an excuse for poor to non existent housekeeping. The first room we were given stank like cigarettes and was very musty so we asked for another room. The second room was also very musty. But the cleanliness is what is, quite simply, horrible. I started taking pictures but had to stop because it was getting depressing.
The carpet is filthy and there are huge dried dark spots of what must be spilled cola on the floor right where you put your feet down to get out. The bathtub is horrible with black mold in the corner caulking. There are dried marks all over the tub where someone slopped time grouting from some repair. The bathroom floor has dark grey spots where there is an accumulation of grime. The inside of the door had five huge black smudge spots above the door handle. The sink had tons of dried toothpaste splatters on the spigot. I could go on but I will stop here because I'm tired and this crappy room will have to do.
Thank goodness I was traveling with a bottle of Febreeze and also a bottle of Resolve Carpet Cleaner. They should pay me for the carpet I cleaned (over 20 minutes of spot spraying and blotting). I think the worst part was when I blotted up the carpet in one spot by the desk only to find a huge slice of someone's purple painted toenail complete with a huge hunk of dried skin attached.
I stayed here in MayI for business. I again used the travelers couponbook reservations are necessary. very nice Rome pillowtop beds. great value for $52. I save $20 with the coupon. more discount with coupons than with AA Aor RRP.
i had a great stay and everyone was wonderful and helpful. very clean and pet friendly. stay here for an excellent experience. the breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were very quiet and clean. i did not have any complaints during my move to another state. it was a great place to stay and if i am ever in need of a hotel in this city again i will use this hotel again.
"House Keeping changed the bedding and forgot the rest"

I know this place is let long term so assume the house keeping changed the sheets and forgot to clean the table, the sink-covered in mens stubble from shaving and surrounding areas. The fridge and that floor are all dirty and there is no cups to pour a drink of water. The hotel is near a raised freeway area so is not quiet. Also, it seems you can't change water flow from bath taps to the shower spout. Avoid at all costs.
I like La Quinta Inns for several reasons. We are dog breeders and it's nice to know there is a place for us.
The folks in Wichita Falls, TX are outstanding. The front desk has very good people around the clock. I needed to use a computer printer to download some applications for work. The manager allowed me to use his computer. He also helped my find a good realtor!!! The daytime staff knew good restaurants in the area, not just junk food places.
I would bring my family here anytime!!!
