Had a great rest . Would highly recommend this hotel to all. We love to stay at La Quinta Hotels because their beds are vey comfortable to have a nice restful sleep. They have very frienly staff, nice and clean rooms. And their continental breakfast are great. If you ever have to travel and need a hotel for the night or for your vacation stay, look for La Quinta Hotels.

I booked this hotel for the price to be honest so i should have known what i was getting my family and myself into. We booked two rooms one for my wife and i and one for my two daughters. Upon arrival we noticed the bum housekeeping staff, tatoos on their faces etc. We had no towels in either of our rooms. We booked our stay for 3 nights, housekeeping never visited either of our rooms. If we needed towels we had to go to the lobby to get them. When i complained after the second night of the lack of housekeeping the girl at the front desk said that we did not specify to have housecleaning during our stay?? As far as i know that is always included at any hotel/motel. The walls were paper thin, my daughters complained hearing the family next door to them yelling and making noise all through the night. Everytime we came back to the hotel our none of our door keys worked so that was pretty annoying having to walk to the lobby after a long tiring day. But there was worse to come! The second night after coming back from getting our keys fixed, my wife and entered our room and discovered our stuff was gone! Everything! from the soap to our suitcases. I immediately went back to the lobby to report a robbery. My wife came down a minute later and said she noticed that our clothes were still in the drawers as well as the sheets were missing while the comforters were still in the room. The man at the front desk after asking me what room i was in ( i had just been down there to get my key fixed) and he said. "Oh you didnt get robbed, your stuff is right here." he then proceeded to hand me our suitcases and two trashbags stuffed with our belongings. I was livid according to the hotel we only booked the room for 2 nights instead of the 3 so they took all of our stuff out however the other room i had booked was for the correct amount of nights 3. they told us that the room was already booked and they had no other rooms to offer my wife and i for the night. After some arguing they let us sleep in the same room for the night and we ended up sleeping in the other room with my daughters the last night of our trip. What i found most odd after taking our stuff back to our room was that they had put their sheets in the bag, the sheets are their property right? they hangars from the closet were in the trashbags too. All of our stuff was accounted for except my cologne, i went back to the lobby to inform them that it was missing, they said they never saw any cologne. (sure) About 10 minutes later an employee knocked on our door and said that the cologne had rolled under a desk. (uh-huh) This was by far the worst hotel experience i have ever had! i am never staying at a la quinta again!! it pays to be cheap!

"Don't stay here!"

Someone on their staff is a lying thief and management and corporate don't support their customers. I forgot a shirt hanging in the closet in my room and checked out. An hour and a half later when I remembered, I called the front desk and asked if they could get it and hold it for me. Well what do you know? It had "vanished". Manager said she spoke with housekeeping and of course they claimed not to have seen it. But are they really going to admit to stealing a guests shirt? No! Management sided with their staff instead of their paying guest. Also, complimentary breakfast was poor. Out of coffee and slim pickings on the packaged muffins. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

A little bit happy... a little bit disappointed....! The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was nice and cool. Breakfast was put away to early. And the staff stopped just short of being rude about putting it up before the clock struck 9am. The day staff seemed to NOT want the guests wandering into the lobby searching for coffee, juice and a prepackaged muffin. To sad.....
