First room we were given, the TV and the phone didn't work. Next room better. Nice room and very clean and comfortable. Only microwave didn't heat properly. We were on back side of hotel, so no highway noise. Had good place to park our small motorhome next door behind business that was closed. Price a little high, but it was Cinco de Mayo weekend, so lot of people in town. Demand allowed hotel to get higher price...we paid $108.68 including taxes.
nice clean rooms and friendly staff great location near resturants, The pool was clean and well taken care of. I will be returning to this Laquinta and other locations. The breakfast was good your choice of bagels, muffins doughnuts and waffles
The rooms were clean and the staff is very nice and professional. It's in a great location. I felt very comfortable and like I was at home. I would recommen everyone stay there and wake up on the bright side
Hello....the first night I stayed, the fire alarm went off at 3:15 am....when I mentioned it the next morning, the clerk stated that has been happening...I just wish I had known. The second night stay, I was on the side with the main highway.....I had trouble falling asleep due to noise level. I also had trouble with my door locking and not being able to re-enter. Wish I had the opportunity to choose to stay in the back of the hotel.
Pets are welcome and no extra charge for them. No hassel either about how many or how big. The room was clean and a decent size. The curtains allow for a complete blackout and a restful sleep in. Location is right along a major freeway and there is some noise from that but really once the door is closed and teh window is not open, the noise is not intrusive. Decent breakfast every morning. Lots of choices for eating out nearby. Very convenient location for going to TAMUCC or Padre Island.
