Stayed here one night, it was clean, staff were extremely helpful and polite, bedroom was decent. Loved the king bed. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, not sure if it was a smoking room. Air conditioning unit a little noisy, should have used ear plugs! No fridge in room but if you have dinner leftovers you can ask reception to store them which is locked up. Received a call about 15 mins after checking in to see if everything was ok, never had that before! Overall a great hotel for the price.
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was helpful & friendly. Lobby was clean and fresh. Room was clean & comfortable. Great place to stay and pet friendly. Lots of places to eat close by. We will be staying at this hotel a lot over the next few weeks.
We said in 3 Laquintas in 1 week and this was by far the best one. Excellence in everything from the enthusiastic welcome to the hearfelt goodbye from James. Great price no complaints. Will be back as soon as i can!
No idea why people would complain about this hotel. It is definitely value for money. Room was clean, no issues of cleanliness at all and breakfast was provided - a rather wide selection of pastries and cereal, and there was also a waffle making machine. Had a good night's sleep. Recommended for short stays. Stayed in another La Quinta Inn in Charleston and was good as well. There is also free WiFi.
The hotel is well maintained, very well priced for the services, amenities and location it offers, all the staff from the manager, front desk, maintenance and housekeeping service is very professional and responsive. I've visited this hotel over the last six years for multiple day stays and have always been very pleased.
