We stayed at this hotel to attend the Preakness Horse Race. It was very clean and quite as it does sit back from the road. The staff was pleasant although we did not require anything other than a simple check in and check out. Parking was convenient and the lot was well lit for out late night entries. It felt like it was a safe place to be. My only issue, and this also was a problem with fellow travelers, was the signage. We arrived late, it was raining..and none of us could not spot the entrance. It is a little funny way to get in, you turn before you see the hotel, it is a small road and then you turn into what looks like a business that is unrelated . I am glad there is an easy uturn at the mall entrance across the way. otherwise, it was fine..like all La Quintas. I support them because I appreciate the easy pet policy, although I seldom travel with pets.
Reasonably clean. Comfortable beds. WiFi unreliable and slow. Minimal maintenance issues. Standard hotel continental breakfast, but no nonfat milk or yogurt. Access from the highway is a little confusing.
I missed my connection flight and had to spend the night here, next time I will spend the night in the airport before I stay here again. I had a ripped blanket, stained sheets, stained chair, stained walls. All they had available was smoking rooms, smelt terrible. Staff was terrible, did not know what he was doing while checking in. Took at least 30 minutes to get us into are rooms. When checking out I saw a HUGE NASTY beetle in the hall way. Everything in the room looked 10+ years old, deffinetly have not updated anything in there rooms in a long time. I do not recomend staying here!
very clean & comfortable. staff was pleasant. convenient location. shopping and food close by. would recommend to business traveler or families. rooms were spacious, even the bathroom. beds very comfortable. coffee in room was another plus. proximity to 95/695 makes it convenient to baltimore.
We stayed here while attending a family wedding. The rooms were clean and quite, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the bathroom did not have a fan so it smelled a little musty by the end of the day. We would certainly stay here again as it is a great hotel for a family with children. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices.We weren't able to use the pool because it was not (yet) open.
