We had a 1st floor room with a microwave & fridge. The room was very clean, & quiet, except for the ice machine outside the door. But wasn't to bad, room pretty well insulated for noise. Beds were comfortable & the breakfast was average. Nice flat panel TV's with HD channels
Nice place to stay close to both I 95 and turnpike.Will be back in the future son now works in West Palm.Hotel is also close to everything we needed at the time.Check in was smooth as was departure was just around the corner from the turnpike.
If you make your decision based on the pictures, you will be dissapointed. The rooms are not updated and clean as shown in the pictures and the overall cleanliness is very poor. I was able to get to the breakfast area 15 minutes before it close and I could barely grab coffee and dried cereal for my kid, no milk, no juice....
This hotel needs to focus on the overall apperance and cleanliness.
Needed a pet-friendly hotel to say with my cat for 2 nights. Creepy and dark layout, just off the turnpike, with empty lot next door. No where near City Place, more on the seedy side of town. Didn't feel safe, checked out after the first night. Not worth the "low price". Spend more and be safe! Sidenote, room smelled, and was not pet-safe.
Had to go to West Palm overnight for business, Wife was to accompany but had to stay home at the last minute.
Hotel was easy to find, location was not a problem. Less than 10 minutes from downtown.
Check in staff was pleasant and prepared, check in took less than a minute.
Room was very clean, no unusual oders. Bed linen was confortable, not washed and dryed over 1,000 times. Matress was a little soft but that is a personal preference. Hot water was hot and plentiful. Room was very quiet and I slept all night without a wake-up from a neighbor.
Breakfast was basic buns and muffins, make your own waffle. All seemed freah.
Check-out was quick and easy.
I would stay there again.
