This was our second time at this hotel in the past couple months and we would definitely return again. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is more than accommodating and went out of their way to help make our stay excellent. We love that we can bring our dog and she feels comfortable there too! The breakfast was in line with most hotel breakfasts-- cereal, hard boiled eggs, self serve waffle iron, muffins/ bagels, etc. They have a large hot tub that we couldn't stay away from. The rooms all have flat screens, 38 channels, an on screen guide channel, show time movie channels, refrigerators and microwaves. The area around the hotel is industrial/ airport so there's not a lot in walking distance but it's not a far ride by car to McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, etc. The staff really do care about the guests... They want each person to feel welcome and they will do everything they can to make sure that happens.

A very clean and nice hotel. In a nice area and close to where we wanted to be. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I can complain about is that the people across the hall from us were very loud and rude and had a dog that barked both nights. We definately would stay again but would ask for a room away from animals.

Stayed on a Sunday night. Checking in and out was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Did not partake in breakfast due to another commitment. No real complaints other than the TV needed some more sports channels.

Visited this hotel location while visiting family in the area. Based on my search of other hotels in the area this seemed to be the best option. On first appearance the hotel itself seemed to be pretty clean and check in was a breeze. But immediately getting off the elevator I noted the rooms had non smoking signs posted but the second floor where my room was located smelled of cigarette throughout my stay. When I entered the room I noted immediately the smell of pets throughout. I was aware that the hotel was pet friendly but I never thought the rooms would smell. Once I realized that a pet must've urinated in the room in the past I refused to walk on the carpet without shoes at all times. However, the room amenities were pretty useful (microwave, free WiFi, refrigerator, etc.). I did note unusual stains on the carpet and curtains which I assumed might be also due to pets that stay in the room in the past. In the mornings a self serve continental breakfast is offered from 7am to 9am. The freshly made waffles and boiled eggs are the only hot food options offered. The waffles in my opinion were spongy and simply tasted OK. Hopefully, in the future other hotel options are available in the area because I am in no hurry to return to this hotel.

My husband and I decided to stay at this hotel since it got rave reviews. We were VERY disappointed. Upon our arrival, the guy at the front desk had no clue that we had a reservation. He then told us that the only room that was available was a double bed, smoking room. We had booked a single king room, non-smoking. The clerk then had us sit in the lobby for over half an hour so he could see what he could do. He then told us that all of the rooms were sold out and all he could give us was a smoking room. When asked him why this was, he said that what we booked is not guaranteed. It was 3am so we decided to take the room. When we arrived in it, the bed wasn't even made up! It was as if during his half hour disappearance, he tried to get something together. On top of that, my card was charged twice! I called the general manager about all of this. She reversed the transaction but said that we should have called the hotel to tell them that we were still coming. This experience was horrible and I will NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE!
