We stayed here for a week in May. If I could have found another Hotel after checking in I would have moved. The breakfast area is a mess and need to be cleaned up and have more items added like pasties and have more choices for yogurt not just peach and raspberry. The bathroom toilets when flushed are extreme loud and have some kind of mechanical that hangs up. Housekeeping needed to leave two wash cloths for multiple guests and have the room cleaned in a timing fashion. The hotel should supply toileted article beside shampoo.
We checked in and turned on the A/C we returned hours later to find it not working and the room hot. called the front desk they gave us another room.
Went doen for breakfast and the attendent was busy talking to the front desk, no bowls for cereal, no sugar, no spoons, had to ask she seemed not in any rush to make sure things were stocked.
Tried to use the pool but someone was having a celabration and over 100 people were in the pool, not all staying at the hotel. I relises some of themhad rooms but many outside friends were there the floors were very wet, as well asthe the elavator at least an inch of standing water. This was a prblem all day and even late into the night..

Good, clean hotel. Have stayed at this location several times. They are consistent in service level and room quality. Front desk staff competent. Breakfast offerings are meager and could be improved and expanded.
We stayed one night, price was great - we visited some friends staying in Claremont - they were paying double the price. Room was clean, though some of the tub / fixtures in the bathroom were a bit older or in need of some maintenance.
Pets were free here - very nice! We have 2 small dogs and many places charge hefty fees.
Breakfast was good, though not as comprehensive as other places. Overall decent.
Only complaint was too noisy. The walls seem thin and we heard others talking until late night, shutting doors etc. Was not easy to get to sleep. Some better insulation would have been nice.
If you're looking for a great reasonably- priced hotel in the Ontario airport area, it's hard to beat this one. The rooms are clean and spacious with basic modern amenities, there's no traffic noise, and the beds are comfortable
The main negative here is that the gap in the room doors is so large, it lets a ton of light through. I ended up covering as much of it as possible with a towel...
Staff is friendly, price is right
