I've traveled the USA for business and pleasure and I've stayed in numerous hotels and LaQuinta Inn is the best by far the cleanliness of the rooms and the professionalism and the attention to detail from the staff is excellent, LaQuinta Inn is my home away from home, I will go out of my way to find and stay at a LaQuinta Inn because I know what to expect, on a scale from 1-10 I rate LaQuinta Inn a 10+++ keep up the good work and thank you from me and my family,sincerely Thomas Powell
We were traveling from Florida to Michigan. We had driven 20 + hours and thoroughly exhausted. We decided during the trip to stop for a rest. We called for a room about 4 hours away and we were given a room by a very lovely lady. When we arrived we informed the clerk at the desk that we had not slept in 24 hours and we were exhausted. she gave us a room on the top floor with no one on either side of us so we would not be disturbed. Even though the breakfast was not yet set up she offered us food and drink if we wanted it. She was absolutely amazing to us with her kind attitude and thoughtfulness. We were planning on driving straight through on our way back home to Florida but we have now decided to stop half way and are making our resevation at a LaQuinta in Tennessee. We will always stop at LaQuintas from now on.
Believe it or not, I checked out of a local Sheraton and moved to this La Quinta. The room was clean, the bed was firm and comfortable and the sheets were white. The AC unit worked properly and provided a great enviornment to simply get some work done. The hotel's Internet was fast and never failed. My only two recommendations are (1) to improve on the breakfast. Store bought breads, cold cereal and pre-made coffee is not the way I want to start my day. They didn't even have a waffle maker, which is something I find at 90% of the hotels any more. (2) Update your electrical outlets. I hate having to crawl around on the floor and getting under the desk to find an electrical outlet. And should I need to plug something in by the bed, I shouldn't have to decide what I need less; the light or the clock. That being said, I would definately stay at this hotel again and simply drive to Denny's or IHOP for breakfast.
Had a great golf getaway with 3 other coup,ex at LaQuinta in Utica. We love the location as it is close to a lot of great restaurants , shopping and of course golf. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Hot tub and pool area were a perfect end to our day. We will definitely be back
We love coming to this Hotel when we need a little getaway. The Staff is always Exceptional. And the rooms are clean and well appointed. The location is convenient. We never use the pool area because we always spring for the Jacuzzi room. (easier to relax in private). The only issues we had that are preventing me from giving this 4 or 5 stars is that our Jacuzzi tub didn't work properly this time. It leaked scalding hot water from the vent, and there were no bubbles. Also, the people in the room directly above us sounded like they were marching from the window to the door and back again from 330am-noon. So we got no sleep at all.
Next time I will request not to be in that room, due to the shoddy hot tub. But other than that. A great stay
