A quick overnight stay that was very nice. Check in was quick and we were asked if we wanted 1 2nd or third floor. We had a third floor king bed that was nice. Nice flat screen tv that had three different settings for relaxing if you didn't want to watch tv which was unique. Room was clean, lighting was ok and room was clean. Did see some well travelled areas that could use some sprucing up but overall it exceeded our expectations.
This facility was hidden in construction, but once we found it the whole experience was great. Friendly desk person, clean entry, nice smelling elevator, easy access to room.
The room was comfortable and mattress was great! The facility was quiet and we were not disturbed by any action even though the place was full. Breakfast was nice and accomodating in a very tidy space with plenty of good Coffee. Room was clean and the heat and air worked great. I liked that you could have the fan on all the time...TV was limited but we are not tv people. I saw many people with dogs and really appreciated there were no hidden fees when checking in. Just can't say enough nice things. I travel alot and stay in different facilities, but I would now choose this one over others. And they do an ARRP discount...see it gets better and better!
I stayed at the hotel for almost a week. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly especially the guy who picked me up from the airport and the lady serving breakfast. The shuttle services was great- I called when I arrived at the airport and didnt have to wait long to be picked up. The room was good except the carpet looked a little dirty... Maybe it was the colour but for me it looked like it might need some thorough cleaning or changing. Other than the carpet, everything else was clean. The bed was very comfortable and I managed to have restful evenings. The TVs were great, breakfast was free and included a good variety, wifi was free-which is always a plus. I had a good stay and would probably stay here again!
We stay here everytime we fly. They have a great park and fly option. It's not fancy but it's clean and always quiet. The breakfast is good and there is an Applebees in the parking lot. Great option to parking at the airport and paying those expensive parking fees!
Stayed here had great customer service and nice rooms. Very clean and pet friendly. Wouk definitely stay again. We were in town for pugfest at the sports complex five miles away: definitely glad we booked with them. great hotel at an affordable price. Close to food and shopping.
