My wife and I like staying in Hyatt Places but we decided to try the La Quinta because the price was so much better. We were really surprised when we arrived and saw the La Quinta was basically right next door to the Hyatt Place. $50 seperated the two hotels in price while 250 feet seperated the two hotels in distance. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. The only thing stopping 5 stars was the front desk clerk at check in was not the most engaging, by no means rude, just not interested in talking whereas the desk clerk in the morning was very nice and very friendly. We would stay here again. One nice thing, if you're going to the Columbus Zoo, this hotel is only about 6 miles awaay from the zoo, easy access and a scenic little drive (plus passing a Tim Horton's is a plus!)
Title says it all. When I travel I don't like surprises and issues. Everything went smoothly here with no issues. Polite staff. Clean, comfortable room at an economical price. I will stay here when I go back to Dublin.
I realize this was a cheaper hotel - but we booked it on a site where you didn't know which hotel you were booking until after you made the reservation. It is located in a convenient location - next to much nicer hotels. I could have overlooked the cheerios on the floor of our room when we arrived - if it weren't for the fact that a staff member entered our room while we were having breakfast and stole my laptop! La Quinta corporate acknowledged this and reimbursed me for part of my loss - but to my knowledge, the culprit still works there!

Missed the happy hour but breakfast was excellent
Will definitely stay again found calling hotel gave me a better update on a silsnuty than the central booking
LaQuinta was very accomodating and friendly. They went above and beyond to please me and my family. I would definately stay there again! The room was clean, comfortable and the price was very reasonable!
