We had a really good stay. I forgot to ask the girls name that checked us in but she went way beyond to be helpful. She actually called a giordanno's to get us directions and make sure they were open. Not many people would have done that for us and when we checked out she asked us if we found it and did we have a good dinner. A +++++ on service and cleanliness of the hotel. We had a great stay and I will be staying again when we come back the chicago area.

This LaQuinta is outstanding the best customer service with very clean rooms, and breakfast area. The General manager Brad and his staff are outstanding and very helpful to include front desk clerk Netta, Steph, and housekeeping member Bernadine who were all outstanding in there jobs and customer service. The grounds were kept immaculate as were the common areas. The location is great very quiet, close to restaurants and major interstate, I stayed there 10 days while visiting my son in the Chicago area and highly recommend this hotel in the chicago south suburbs.

Friendly staff, well equipped, very enjoyable stay. Would be very happy to stay there again! Although the hotel was being renovated, I was happy to stay there during my time in Chicagoland. All of the staff were very friendly and eager to assist.

...bright, sunny golden orange stripes that reminds you to "wake up on the bright side", a very clever way of incorporating their corporate advertising strategy into your morning. Also, a real plus is their pet-friendly policy...and at no extra charge like virtually every other hotel chain charges. I needed a last minute hotel that had to be located conveniently to a number of different locations, and also one that would take my German Shepherd. I called hotel direct to make the reservation and it was easy and smooth. The location seems miles removed from the hustle and bustle of the city down a road that has small ponds on each side with ducks and Canada geese swimming in it (although the city of Matteson really needs to do something about getting litter picked up alongside the road.) The grounds of the hotel are very attractive and well-maintained. At check-in the front desk staff member was friendly and efficient. I was somewhat concerned about potential noise as the hotel is within site of a major interstate, but found that the soundproofing of hotel is so good that I never heard any traffic at all. In fact, my room was next to the elevator and you couldn't hear it! Breakfast was the usual fare that most chains have now, including waffles, but it does the job. Housekeeping staff was friendly, as was the front desk staff throughout my entire stay. Value for the dollar was very good, particularly using my AAA card.

Stayed with a group of 20. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Hotel was as clean as any I have stayed in. Thought it was a new construction. Had an issue with the heater making noise. They sent maintenance right up and he fixed it in just a few minutes. Staff was friendly and the manager (Brad) did a great job making sure all of our group were taken care of.
