This hotel is in a great location. We were placed here in a Priceline bid and got the room at a great price. Unfortunately upon arrival they told us only smoking rooms were available. The room smelled very bad. We made it through the first night but the second day staff was able to move us to a non smoking room. So much better!! The breakfast area is what you would expect but on this very busy and full weekend we opted for breakfast out of the hotel due to being so crowded. Our boys lived the pool as it was larger than expected with a hot tub also.
The front desk crew is excellent. Had a problem and Doug helped to resolve it in no time. Very friendly and efficient. Chris also signed me up for another Military progran to help save money. Hotel is very clean and good price for accomdations.
Didn't have a smoking room available. Not a problem, I need the exercise going outside. Doug at the front desk has been wonderful since before I arrived. Had faxes sent, and people dropping things off for my business. He took great care of everything..
close to I-540 easy on and off, good restaurants all around, convention center is directly behind. Room was tastefully decorated, loved the shades which darkened the room, or could be pulled up letting in lots of light.
Let's see - Room seemed to be clean, HVAC, wi-fi and large flat panel TV all worked fine. Staff was friendly. Rates well below either Bentonville or Fayetteville. Breakfast was limited - only hot item was waffles & no protein options.
