Excellent Hotel in Springdale location - Hotel staff are superior in customer service,Rooms are clean and bed comfortable - This is a wonderful hotel and will stay here again when I am back in this area for business/pleasure.
Hotel was average to on the pricey side for what you receive. Rooms were clean but pillows were lumpy. Bathroom is small and could use a waste basket in it. Breakfast was limited. The only hot item was waffles. The milk was kept in a pitcher on the counter so it became warm.
Location was good, right off the interstate. But with all the hotels in the area, I'll probably stay elsewhere and get more for my money.
I was put in this hotel when the Double Tree Club gave my room away when I was 10 minutes away from the property.
First I have to say that the staff at the La Quinta could not have been any friendlier and helpful. The hotel was clean. My room was well worn and very cheaply furnished. There was a 2 inch gap under the door to the hall. The ?closet? consisted of a couple of boards with a clothes bar between them. The air conditioning unit struggled; I woke several times during the night sweating. There was a steady slamming of doors beginning at about six in the morning. The toiletries were sparse at best. There was on little bar of soap to be shared between the lavatory and the shower. There was one small (smaller than normal) bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. After seeing advertisements on tv for La Quinta I was very disappointed in the quality of this property.
The hotel is just one more in the bunch of average hotels that is fine for one night. My biggest complaint was that we reserved a non-smoking room and they put us in a smoking room that smelled like a dirty ashtray! When I complained, the front desk clerk was sympathetic and offered me a coupon for a room upgrade on my next stay. I appreciated the gesture but I would have much preferred a non-smoking room!!
Friendly helpful staff even though I checked in early! Room was extremely clean and comfortable, and very quiet. Guest room coffeemaker didn't work, but that really didn't bother me as I had already seen what their deluxe continental breakfast had to offer, almost too much to choose from, and the serving hours were from 7am to 11am, & all items were re-supplied as needed, even as late at 10:30am. Will stay there again when back in that area.
