As always when staying at LaQuinta, the staff was very helpful. I love how this chain accepts pets yet you wouldn't know it by how clean the rooms are. My only complaint about this particular location was a lack of an outdoor pet area. It made walking our dog difficult. There was a lack of grassy areas.
My room was clean with some recent upgrades: hair dryer and shower. Pretty quiet and easy to find. It was in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Breakfast was basic, but there was fresh fruit and plenty of coffee.
This hotel is in a good location right on hwy 280. Wonderful staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. I agreed with some reviews stating that the building needs a facelift but overall, I had a wonderful stay.
The hotel and staff at this location goes above and beyond their call of duty in making sure your stay is unforgettable and awesome. I would recommend this hotel and its staff to anyone traveling in the Birmingham area. Ann and her staff are professional , courteous, and caring. The room was clean well kept and comfortable. Hats off to the staff for a job well done. You can bet you will be my choice in the future. Keep up the great work. You all ROCK!
For the money I slept like a baby, and room was clean, and hot water, great water pressure....and a fair breakfast. If you want a complaint only thing I can think of was my husband said the raisins in the cereal were a little hard. Staff was extremely nice, and called after about 30 mins to make sure all was good, she offered an upgrade to what we had book too. I would stay again and recommend to my friends..... !
