What phones are supported?
Ringtones can only be delivered to cell phones that support .WAV files.
What carriers are supported?
The ringtone will only be sent to subscribers of the following carriers: Cingular, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
What is the service requirements on my phone?
Users must have access to WAP (Wireless internet application), this means they can get on the World Wide Web from their phone.
Is the ringtone really free?
Yes, there is no cost for the ringtone, but standard carrier messaging and airtime rates apply.
What if I have a problem and cannot download the ringtone?
With over 1,500 different types of phones it may be challenging to determine the issue, but if problems are encountered, refer
to your cell phone carrier's web site for assistance. Sprint phones, for example, would be referred to sprint.com, etc.
What if I see a 404 error after trying to download the ring tone?
404 errors are 'Page Not Found' errors. The page that delivers the ringtone is a constant and is always there. Mobile Phone
carriers do not usually allow you to access the internet in the same way that you can from a PC. You have to go through their system
and they don't let you through unless you have a plan or browser that lets you through. So if you get a 404, you were blocked in a
network of your phone carrier. Unfortunately, the "Cell Phone Internet" is not nearly as reliable as the "Regular Internet" but we
predict that the majority of phones that are WAP enabled will be able to download the tones.
